Phil has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 26 years, having started his career with Janssen Cilag before moving to SmithKline Beecham vaccines and Innovex (now Quintiles).

Most recently, he has been working within the business development arena for the largest CSO in the United Kingdom, during which time he has developed an immense knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical market. This role, which Phil has held for over 8 years, has seen him work with countless large, medium-sized and start-up pharmaceutical companies to support their sales and commercialisation strategies within the United Kingdom.
